Call Centers Academy has been training call center professionals in the Dominican Republic since 2018. This is the free version of everything we teach — the tools, the language, the real calls, and the knowledge the industry assumes you already have but never gives you. No signup. No paywall.
Three courses. Each one solves a different problem. Choose the one that speaks to where you are right now.
You don't need perfect English to work in a call center. You need Basic English — and with Basic English according to the CEFR you can handle every day tasks including work. This course shows you the difference between levels, teaches you to read, write, and speak for the floor, and gives you the confidence to use what you already have.
A call center is a computer job. You will spend every hour sitting in front of a screen, managing multiple windows, programs, passwords, and sometimes two or three monitors with a virtual computer. Nobody warns you. Nobody teaches you. This course gives you everything you need to know before your first day.
This is the one everyone wants. The CV, the application, the interview, the floor. Six account types and everything that goes with each one. Built on the first two modules. The industry has never told you this story from beginning to end — until now.
