Quality & Enrichment Analyst

The QEA is a judgment-based research role. For every assigned row in the queue, you open the record, verify website status, confirm the decision-maker name is correct and current, validate the email address, and mark the record Valid or one of the defined dead-status options.

Student Experience Associate

The SEA is the human voice of CCA's operations. You answer incoming calls, book appointments, guide new candidates through their enrollment process, document every interaction, and follow up on open processes. You are the first person a new student speaks to — that impression matters.

Brand Ambassador — Field Representative

The BFR represents CCA in person at designated locations across the Dominican Republic. You assist candidates on the ground, guide them through their process, answer questions, and serve as the visible proof that CCA is real and present in their community.

  • Own transportation to reach assigned province locations
