Call Centers Academy was built from 12 years inside the industry. Every decision, every method, every stage we teach comes from having lived it first.
What We Are
CCA started as a bilingual training institution in Santo Domingo. English, call center preparation, computer skills, everything a candidate needed to walk into an interview and own it.
We operated at Pyhex Torre Naco, Galería 360, and The English Church. We ran live practice sessions with real call centers. We graduated hundreds of candidates who went on to build careers in the industry.
By 2022 we were a legally registered Dominican entity. By 2023 we were training, certifying, and placing our own apprentices.
In 2024 CCA established its first US-based partnership and moved into a new model. We stopped being just a school. We became a training lab where students don't study the industry, they work in it.
Today CCA places candidates directly with partner clients. Real accounts. Real customers. Real pay. Candidates leave with documented experience that no classroom can replicate.

Milestones
First sessions at Pyhex, Torre Naco. Instagram launched and reached 3,000 followers in the first year.
Galería 360, The English Church, live practice sessions with real call centers. YouTube channel launched.
The pandemic moved CCA fully virtual. Zoom, remote training, and the blueprint for the next phase began taking shape.
In-person training returned. The classroom experience restored for the candidates who needed it most.
Legal office at Spirit Coworking. EIRL registered. Call Centers Academy became a legal Dominican entity.
CCA began training, certifying, and placing its own apprentices while establishing first US-based partnerships.
Foundation of a US legal entity laid. First US client partnership established. The lab model activated.
The call center launched. Former students now work real accounts on our own floor. The model is live.
The US entity takes over. The online academy launches. A decade of work becomes accessible to every Latino in the industry, anywhere.
Meet the Founder
Co-Founder & Former CEO — Consultant to Current Leadership
Pamela Pérez built Call Centers Academy from the ground up, not from a business plan, but from 12 years working every role the industry has to offer. She entered her first call center in 2014 and spent the next several years deliberately moving through different companies and account types to collect the full picture of the industry before teaching it. She also studied Business Management at UNIBE.
Today Pamela serves as a consultant to CCA's current leadership team. Alongside her husband, she operates a partner call center based in the United States, the same model she envisioned when she founded CCA in 2018. A proud and in-love wife, happily married to her dreamed partner, and mom of Billy, Willy, and Baby Fierce.
